Reclaiming Wholeness Through Connection

This 8-week IFS Healing Circle is a transformative group experience designed for Black women who are ready to embark on a journey of healing, self-discovery, and empowerment. Using the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, this space encourages connection with your inner parts to restore balance, harmony, and peace.

Together, we will honor your lived experiences while nurturing your emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

This healing circle is for Black women who:

  • Are ready to prioritize their mental and emotional well-being.

  • Want to explore and heal the parts of themselves that may feel burdened or stuck.

  • Seek a nurturing community of like-minded women for support and encouragement.

  • Desire tools and practices to cultivate self-compassion and resilience.

What You Can Expect

  • Small Group Size: Intimate setting with a maximum of 10 participants to foster connection and individualized attention.

  • 8 Weekly Sessions: Each 90-minute session is guided by myself, a trained IFS practitioner who will support your journey.

  • Healing Practices: Guided meditations, IFS exercises, sculpting, and reflective journaling

  • Community Support: Share your story, celebrate your wins, and feel seen and valued in community with other women.

  • Lasting Transformation: Gain tools to carry your healing beyond the group and into your daily life.

Is this experience right for you?

  • you identify as a black woman

  • you are 25 years of age or older

  • you are looking for a unique group experience and interested in using IFS in a group format

  • you are interested in exploring generational and legacy burdens

  • you are willing to be an active participant in the group through processing, activities, discussions, reflections, etc.

  • you can committ to attending all or most of the 8 weekly sessions

  • prior knowledge or experience of IFS is highly recommended

  • $515 for all 8 sessions by December 31, 2025 (early bird fee)

  • $560 one time payment after December 31, 2025

  • 2 payments of $280 after December 31, 2025

    • Initial payment of $280 is due at the time of registration

    • Second payment will be processed on February 10th, 2025
