What To Expect From an IFS Intensive:

Step 1: We will meet for a pre-intensive session for 90 minutes. In this session we will assess your goals, introduce IFS principles, and prepare your system for the experience.

You will choose if you want a 1, 2, or 3 day intensive.

1 day intensive:
•3 hour intensive
•ideal if you want a focused breakthrough

2 day intensive:
•3 hours per day over the course of 2 days
•ideal to allow for deeper healing & integration

3 day intensive:
•3 hour intensive over the course of 3 days
•ideal for more complex trauma & longer term shifts

Step 2: Through guided IFS therapy, we will explore and heal the parts of you that hold emotional pain, resistance, or trauma.

Step 3: In this post integrative phase, we will reflect, reinforce insights, and create a plan for continued self-leadership in a 60 minute post intensive session
