about ifs group work

You don't have to explain yourself here. You just get to be.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps us understand the inner parts that have been running our lives. For example, the over-functioner, the people-pleaser, the one who never lets herself be seen. Group work creates the rare experience of healing in the presence of others, which is exactly where the most persistent patterns were formed.

Space to be. Not to perform.

what we'll do together

Create a space to be. Not perform, not produce, not manage

Learn to set boundaries that honor your actual energy

Reconnect with your emotions and your sense of self

Experience genuine connection and community

Understand the inner parts that have been running the show

Build a different, more compassionate relationship with yourself

Led by Kiara Hartwell Opara

ifs level 2 trained • IFS healing circles trained

Kiara is IFS Level 2 trained through the IFS Institute and IFS Healing Circles trained under Chris Burris. She brings 15+ years of clinical experience to a coaching space designed specifically for women who carry too much.

Kiara created the IFS Healing Circle because she kept seeing the same woman in her clinical work: high-functioning, deeply exhausted, and convinced that asking for help was somehow not for her. This group is her direct response to that pattern.

the next circle is forming now

You don't have to keep carrying this alone.

Spots are limited to 10 women. If you're a therapist with clients who might benefit, reach out directly. If you are someone interested in joining the group, please fill out the contact form.
